Here at American Honey Company, we’re proud to bring you pure, delicious honey straight from our hives to your home. Our dedicated beekeepers and quality control team take great care in harvesting, bottling, and packing each order with love and attention to detail. For Prompt Assistance or to Submit a Claim
- Contact us before your order ships or within 72 hours of receiving it. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
- If your order arrives damaged, include photos of the damaged bottle(s) and packaging along with your contact info and order number.
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 2-5 business days. If approved, we’ll offer options such as a replacement, store credit, or exchange.
Please note: Because our honey is a natural product, flavor, color, and texture may vary slightly from batch to batch. Shipping fees are nonrefundable once a product has shipped.
Return Policy
To maintain the highest food safety standards, we can only accept unopened products for return. If you notice an issue and wish to submit a claim, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Refund Policy
- Orders canceled before shipping are eligible for a full refund.
- If your order has already shipped and you need to file a claim, we may request that you return the product before issuing a refund or store credit.
- Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.
Shipping Policy
We ship within 2-5 business days via USPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days.
If your order is delayed or missing, contact us so we can open a claim with USPS. You will be asked to verify non-receipt through a secure link. Once verified, we’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Please note that USPS investigations may be required before we can finalize a resolution.
Coupon Policy
We love sharing special deals, but discounts promoted outside our website will not be honored. Loyalty rewards and other discounts cannot be combined with coupon codes.
Rewards Policy
As a member of the American Honey Company Rewards Program, you’ll earn points that can be redeemed for products (no cash value).
- Points are non-transferable and expire 12 months after being posted to your account.
- Points are adjusted for any returns or refunds.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, or abuse.
American Honey Company reserves the right to update these terms, policies, and conditions at any time.
