Shipping Policy

We ship within 2-5 business days via USPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days.
If your order is damaged, delayed or missing, contact us so we can open a claim with USPS. You will be asked to verify non-receipt through a secure link. Once verified, we’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please note that USPS investigations may be required before we can finalize a resolution.
